CHOCOLATE GREEN SMOOTHIE
A great way to start your day with natural sugars and protein!
Equipment:
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Small bowl
Small colander
Cutting board
8" Chef’s knife
Blender and rubber spatula
Ingredients:
1 ¼
cups
Water

Bananas

Pitted Medjool Dates soaked in water for 10 minutes and drained

Unsweetened Cocao Powder
Nature's Three (A fiber supplement of Psyllium, oat and apple from Nature Sunshine.

Swiss Chard - chopped
¼ - ½
cup
Frozen Blueberries thawed for at least 10 minutes
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately with Turkish figs and a slice of either Ezekiel toast or your favorite gluten free toast with ghee (clarified butter) ENJOY!
